This customer is a manufacturer of polyethylene water.
Some of their water tank systems must meet certain pressure and water tightness parameters to meet national standards, so that they can be certified for underground use.
The fuel tank and pipelines will regularly enter and exit the new lined fuel tank, which means that the fuel tank lining is expected to have a lot of wear and impact, which is a concern for customers.
The customer chose Shigu new material to increase strength and extend service life.
2. Solution
Use 2 to 3mm new material HX-300 on walls and floors, and 3+mm on wall to floor joints and four vertical corner joints.
Internal and external sandblasting treatment, sprayed with red epoxy zinc rich primer, and sprayed with ten solid new material HX-300 as intermediate paint on the outside.
