1. Basic information
The deck of the cockpit is affected by harsh environments. The traditional deck is made of high-grade plywood, which is covered with a layer of glass fiber gel. Unfortunately, the gel coating is prone to cracking and cannot withstand significant impact damage.
In a short period of time, millions of dollars of ship decks were damaged, resulting in damage to their appearance and functionality. Due to the Environmental Protection Agency's requirement to remove the ship from the water before fiberglass construction, maintenance and repairs may cost thousands of dollars.
2. Solution
Polish and spray the wooden deck with 125mil (approximately 3.2mm) thick ten solid nano polymer material HX-100, and match the colors according to the owner's requirements. Then cover the coating with ten solid nano polymer material XTRA to give it a long-lasting, shiny, and colored surface. The total spraying time is about one quarter of the traditional gel coating.
Spray the marine deck with ten solid nano polymer materials HX-100 and XTRA to provide high strength, durability, and aesthetics.
