Maritime domain case (Ship Terminal Suspension Bridge)

After the spraying is completed, the overall cleanliness and aesthetics are good, the surface is sturdy, and it can withstand the metal tracks of the excavator. It is corrosion-resistant, anti-skid, and maintenance free, and the economy and safety are significantly improved.

1. Basic information

The suspension bridge of a ferry passenger terminal often suffers from severe wear and deformation due to high passenger traffic, making it prone to slipping, seawater corrosion, and significant safety hazards.

2. Construction process

Provide a coating with excellent properties such as rust prevention, corrosion prevention, slip resistance, wear resistance, UV resistance, easy cleaning, and impact resistance, which can withstand harsh marine environments.

Sand blasting, polishing, removing oil stains, and placing them dry to ensure temperature and humidity, spray XPM primer with a dry film thickness of 1-3 mils on the surface; Spray HX-S600 series products again, in earthy yellow and light green, with a thickness of ≥ 2.5mm to ensure an average thickness.

3. Solution

After the spraying is completed, the overall cleanliness and aesthetics are good, the surface is sturdy, and it can withstand the metal tracks of the excavator. It is corrosion-resistant, anti-skid, and maintenance free, and the economy and safety are significantly improved.
